What Causes White Spots On Legs?

my son is almost 22 months. I notice that he has white spots 3 months ago, quater size on his right leg. It's getting whiter and bigger. and 2 more small spots around the bigger one. On his left leg, he has 3 small white spots as well but it's not really visible.
