Hi i have had a white spot / growth on the white of my eyes
for some years now they are both on the inside towards my tearducts
i went to doctors about 20 years ago and was told they were nothing to worry about but recently the right eye one has become slightly raised and am a bit concerned
most likely what you are talking about is both sided nasal pterygium
my dear this is a subconjunctival degeneration which does not cause any major harm to eye but if it encroaches cornea it may initially cause a change in refractive status of eye that means a change in number
later it may reach your seeing zone sometimes it irritates in initiall stage also
get it extracted if 1 it irritates 2 interfering with vision 3 progressing fast 4 cosmetic cause
good luck
