What Causes White Spots On The Penis?

Hi there, I am 27 years old and I got circumcised a week ago through the tara klamp method, i got the klamp removed yesterday, and after washing my penis, it has swollen horribly, pus was oozing out at some point, though it is dry now, and the penis looks like it has 3 sections, the glands, then the swollen skin just behind the glands, then another swollen shaft, separated by a "whitish with black spots ridge that is wet). Is this normal? And what can someone do to enhance faster healing and the penis returning to normal look?

Hello,

No, it is not normal. Many patients complain of adverse effects (infection, swelling, delayed wound healing, the problem in urinating, bleeding) after being circumscribed by TK method. You have similar adverse events.

You can take Tylenol or NSAIDS, one sos when required to get relieved.

You are suggested to get clinically assessed by a GP. You may need it to be cleaned. You require Antibiotics (Ciplox/Amoxy) & ointments for local application.
