What Causes White Spots On The Penis?

Hi i'm 19, i weigh 68 kgs and i'm 1.88m tall.
I haven't had any sexual activity.
I have some weird white points on the lower side of the shaft of my penis, i had them for atleast two years( while i tried to blow one up, but stopped after i realized it's dangerous, so i left it hanging) and now one of them is quite big, about 2 milimiters in diamater, are they dangerous? will they go away eventually? thanks!
