Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain the white spots on the tongue along with soreness in tongue can be due to recurring apthous stomatitis and can occur due to a number of causes like deficiency of iron and vitamin B12, stress, acid reflux, hormonal imbalances, dry mouth, diabetes etc..
Bad breath can be due to poor
oral hygiene, sinus problems, digestive problems like acid reflux,
upper respiratory infection etc..
You should consult an Oral physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations if required can help in confirming the cause and treatment can be planned accordingly..
In case if apthous ulcers are not diagnosed as the cause another cause can be Viral Infection caused by
Herpes Simplex Virus 1 causing cold sores and if it is confirmed anti-viral oral and
topical medication can help in treatment and resolution..
As of now, gargle with numbing mouthwash, take Ibuprofen for pain and inflammation, take a
multivitamin tablet daily, suck ice and gargle with cold water..
Also gargle with warm saline water.
Avoid hot and spicy food and maintain a good oral hygiene..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
