What Causes White String On The Throat?
I have a white string it looks gross like a string of snot at the back of my throat. I m 13 year old girl and I noticed this when my sister was looking at my throat with a flashlight for weird reasons. When I came across this weird string, I think it could be mucus as I ve had a cough for about 3 weeks and it s just about going but I want to be sure as I checked on my sister and she didn t have it so not everyone has it which concerns me! Would just like some expert advice please

Read your query white string on throat can be due to cough or it can be sore throat due to throat infection . I will suggest you to consult ent surgeon for examination of throat .
Inmeantime do warm saline gargle two -three times a day and you can take medicine like Azithromycin or Cefixime and allegra by consulting with local doctor .
