What Causes White Stuff On Tongue?
I smoked about 20 cigarettes in about 4 hours. Or about 30 cigarettes, but now at the bottom of my tongue and mouth I have this white stuff. I chained smoke, but this is the first time I've smoked in months like 4 months. Anyway its very painful. If I chew food, it hurts sooo bad. What is this?

thanks for your query, the white patch could be a leukoplakia that is a precancerous lesion which is ocuring due to smoking, but the pain could be because of an ulcer or any tooth infection. consult your oral physician to rule out the above said conditions.. stop the habit of smoking that will heal the lesion by 50%, you can tae antioxidants.. i hope my answer will help you..
