it could be stye ,chalazion or if its white fatty thing with out pain then it could be lipodermoid.consult any ophthamologist and then do according to he says

as per your history it looks like ?external hordeolum(stye)..does she have pain and redness in her eyes? did she come across the same problem in the past? if so rule out diabetes..take ciplox eye drops every two hourly..and also take tab amoxiclav 250mg 1-1-1-1..
