Doctor sahab namaskar

I am 42 years man and my latrine system is totally disturbed from last 1½ years, some white liquid falling with latrine like gum/cough. I don’t know its cough or something else, some time I eat food and immediate feel to go latrine, weakness also comes in my body. I am facing problem when I eat sweets and drinking milk, milk rice etc.

firstly since u have noted more incidence with milk n related products , I would suggest you to avoid these items for 2 weeks and see any change in stool consistency. it could be lactose intolerance but then if symptoms are from just 1yr it seems less likely, as per your age it should have had happened earlier.

get your stool routine/microscopy.

did u ever had blood in stools...?

as of now I suggest you to avoid milk and products and try with bifilac for a week and respond back. and also with a brief history about ur illness if any and smoking/drinking habits If any.
