What Causes White Vaginal Discharge With Little Lumps?

2 days ago I was taking a shower, I stuck my finger in my private and I noticed that I had a whitish discarge with white little lumps. When I had taken my fingers out I felt like discharge had released out. It then started to feel like I was really irritated down there aftet. I then treated myself with 'Monastat " for two days. I now checked myself by putting my finger in and now its whitish pink. It has this weird smell too. Not so strong, a tiny slight fishy. What's going on?

White vaginal discharge with fishy smell indicates fungal infection.
It usually occurs due to bad hygiene after unprotected sex.
Take proper local care,avoid tight undergarment.
Start oral anti fungal like fluconazole,azithromycin,secnidazole kit.
Your partner should also take this kit to prevent recurrence.
Vaginal tablets of tinidazole,neomycin,clotrimazole will be helpful to get fast recovery.
Get examined by gynecologist for proper diagnosis and medications.
