What Causes White Visible Spots Under The Skin?

Hi, I wanted to ask about the cause of an illness, but I dont know the name of this illness. If I try to explain it, do you think you could guess it and show me an example.(a picture) If so, here is the the explanation. White spots on the person s skin. It appears as if it is under the skin, but it is very visible. Thank you!

I can understand your concern for white visible spots under the skin.

As I can get from your query it appears that you want to know regarding the condition known as vitiligo.

In all such type of cases I prefer to do skin examination along with a specific examination known as wood’s lamp examination. This is quite important to differentiate between the superficial or deep hypo-pigmentation.

I generally give oral and topical steroids along with PUVA therapy for the stabilization of the area. It is quite possible with proper different types of treatment to regain the color. I suggest you to meet a dermatologist and get her skin analyzed.
