What Causes Whitehead Rash On Face/mouth/neck/forehead?

Hello, I have a tiny white-head rash on my face. For two years now I thought it was acne, but they reappear throughout the day even after I scratch them off with my nail (they are so tiny). I was given an anti-fungal cream (which spread it) and MRSA staph infection cream which isnt really preventing them from popping up everywhere around my mouth and forehead. Some of them are on my neck and down there. What could it possibly be?

hi there.
1. by your description your concern may be
either a. molluscum contagiosum
b. acne vulgaris grade
2. molluscum contagiosum is a harmless viral infection, and simple extirpation will help in resolving the issue.
3. other wise you can try tretinoin 0.025% cream once daily bed time for short contact period of 30 min then rinse off with cool water.
this may help you.
