Hello Looking at your history, it is suggestive of UTI or PID or local allergic reaction So I would advise you to get urine test for culture and sensitivity and vaginal swab culture, you may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor either oral drugs or vaginal pessaries. since I can't physically examine you to get some clues, I would advise you to consult a gynaecologist for an examination and an ultrasound to rule out other possibilities,
Maintain good hygiene Have plenty of fluids who have will help by flushing off the urogenital tract. You should avoid fatty fried spicy and junk food or carbonated drinks Complete abstinence of smoking and alcohol is required
Hope this answers your question Best wishes
