I tried to trip off of mucinex a little while back so I took 12 of them. It really messed me up and ever since then i started to poop out a whitish-gray pasty substance. It floats on top of the water in the toilet and is a little bubbly too. I have been stuffing myself with food for a while so the weird excrement temporarily stopped. I threw up a little one morning and it seemed like i threw up the same material that came out of my butt. There might have been a little blood in it, but i don't know if it was blood for sure or not because i ate something red the night before. My stomach has been in pain, off and on for the last three days and i just don't know what to do about this. PLEASE HELP
