General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to several causes which should get evaluated. For further assessment I would suggest you to consult with physician. He may procure complete hemogram, electrolytes, calcium levels as per evaluation. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition. Keep your self hydrated as dehydration may also cause muscle twitch.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam B. Kale, General & Family Physician
