What Causes Whole Body Weakness, Heart Palpitations And Syncope Feelings?
Panic attack or heart issue?
Today at work, I was waiting on a costomer. All of a sudden I felt weak and my whole body felt kind of tickly. I felt like my heart stopped and I was fading away , it seemed to last forever. I thought I was going to pass out I felt weak. I had another cashier come and finish for me. And I started to about run out of the store as soon as I started leaving my heart started pounding so hard and fast it was shaking me. Then I got clocked out and out of the building and the racing stopped and I was just shakey and incredibly exhausted.
Is this a panic attack or something else? Has anyone had an experience like this? I've had my heart checked out and monitored but never with an episode like that! Help! I have had numerous EKG's, holter, stress echo, 21 day continuous monitor.
I'm just so scared that my heart just stopped! My chest felt void.

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to a panic attack or possible cardiac arrhythmia. Considering your performed cardiac tests, I would recommend repeat the Holter or wear a Loop recorder, which would help detect those episodes as they are really rare.
I would also recommend checking thyroid hormone levels for possible thyroid gland dysfunction.
