I went to a ENT today for a whooshing in my ear and pain in my jugular vein and he is referring me to a neurologist to check for I think it s something like pressure in my head but I m partially deaf and couldn t make out what he called it. Would you know.
Hi. Maybe he is referring to a jugular bulb lesion such as a glomus or maybe an acoustic neuroma? Both of these conditions can cause the symptoms that you are describing.
