What Causes Wrinkled And Saggy Testicles?

it's kind of awkward asking these questions but, I've always been kinda worried about myself "down there" and well, i have 2 questions. 1st being, my testicles are very wrinkly and saggy, why? and is that bad? Also i have a bunch of dots around my shaft ( it stops about a inch or 2 below the head ) and all over my balls also. I have never had sex, and they arent red or anything, they are like white dots about a milimeter or 2 long in diameter, and they are more visible when the skin is streched. Why is this? Is this bad? Thankyou!

Hi.
Read both the questions.
1. The skin of the testis that is scrotum is naturally wrinkled, this is to allow it to expand when there is hot atmosphere around you. This allows it to lengthen and allow the temperature to lower in the testis as this is very important for normal functioning of the testis in producing good amount and quality of sperms.
2. The small dots on the shaft of the penis and the scrotum are small cysts and they do occur naturally if hte ducts of the glands are blocked. DO not worry till they enlarge or get infected. The body takes care and heals on its own.
