What Causes Wrist Bulging With Pulling And No Pain?

Hi I am a workout freak and two months ago I felt some pull in my left wrist but I ignored it. For the last two weeks, i can feel a bulge in that area but no pain. My job also involves lots of work on the keyboard. Please advice is this is anyihing serious
