What Causes Wrist Pain While On Omeprazole?

I have been experiencing pain down the outside of my right wrist for a few days now. I am 79 yrs. old with high blood pressure under control w/meds, copd/meds, also currently on omeprazole. The pain sort o radiates from the back of my hand up to my elbow?

Hi,

Omeprazole does never causes pain.
This type of radiating pain might be due to nerve irritation.
Do you ever checked blood sugar or vitamin B12 levels ?
If not then go for it, as most common cause of pain related to nerves are diabetes mellitus and vitamin B12 deficiency.
