What Causes Yearly Hair Fall In A Particular Area Of The Scalp?

sir i have hair falling once in an year ( for a size of 50 paise coin) on the back side of the head and then after a month hair grows on its own. what could be the reason? Mostly the location of the hair falling remains the same all the times.
