What Causes Yeast Cells And Blood In Stools And How To Treat It?

Hello I have recently made a stool examination and found that the Yeast Cells shows (++), Pus Cells (+/-).
I have faced diarrhea problems after meals twice a week, gaz, lazy feeling, lose concentration, body shaking when feeling hungry, and bright blood on my stool.What could the reason be?How can I treat it?Thanks

I really appreciate your concern, it seems to be nonspecific type of complaint even the stool finding may not be indicative of any disease, ideally it has to be correlate with the clinical condition that you have or for which the test being done, but it does not correlate with the history and symptoms given here, blood stain stool could be due to constipation, drink more water, have more fiber containing diet, and stop worrying, hope this information helps.
