What Causes Yellow Colored Skin Around Mouth And Up To Nose?

This skin around my mouth and up to my nose is a yellowish color thats stands out in certain light. I have had blood tests done and everything is fine. I have a usually oily face but my mouth can be either dry or oily and looks like its peeling sometimes.

Hi.
As per your case history you may be having either perioral dermatitis or discoloration due to vitamin deficiency.
My treatment advice is -
1. Don't scratch the lesion with nails or tongue.
2. Apply an emollient cream like Enmoist cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a vitamin b12 supplement once daily for 3 months

If problem persists then consult a dermatologist.
