What Causes Yellow Crusty Growth Inside The Nasal Vestibule?
For 3 weeks I have a yellow crusty growth just inside the nasal vestibule on both sides. It seems adhered to the septum, though I haven't tried very hard to remove it. It has lots of tiny bumps in it. When it squeeze my nose from the outside, it is poky and painful.

if its very painful than consult a ENT Doctor , creating is normal ,, don't try to take it out ,and please don't put your fingers in nose
