Thank you for your assistance sir
Hello and welcome to HCM firstly you can be assured that you do not have skin cancer from a single episode of sun exposure. What you described seems to be a sunburn where the affected dry skin has peeled off. The fluid would be from the skin below as there would have been some swelling due to the burn, just as you would see blisters if you burnt yourself while cooking(oil/hot water). Don't peel anymore skin. It will come off as it dries. peeling it is damaging the delicate tissue underneath and causing more oozing and swelling. Keep yourself cool. clean only with water and apply an antiseptic cream like fusidic acid or silverex over the open areas. Over the burns you can use a combination of fluticasone and antibiotic(flutibact, etc.) And always use generous quantities of sunscreen ever 3-4 hours when you are in the sun. Be especially careful if your skin is extra sensitive.
