What Causes Yellow Discharge And Blood Coming Out Of Anus?

Hi, I have a yellow substance and blood coming out of my anus and I m really worried about this. I am a teenage girl who is pretty healthy and does quite a lot of sport and excessive as well as eating healthily. This is really worrying me and I would love some advice on what it is and how I can make it better and if it is serious or not.

1. Do you have pain? Suffering from Constipation?
If you have pain along with fever then you may be having perianal abscess.

2. If not, I strongly feel you are suffering from, fistula in ano.
This disease classically presents like the way you describe. Pus or yellow discharge and blood occasionally.
