What Causes Yellow Discharge And Blood On Wiping After Urinating?

When i wipe after using the restroom there is yelloe slimy/shiny on the toliet paper. Thats been happening for about a month now. Early today when i woke up i whiped and there was a lot of blood. Then about a hour ago i went and when i wiped there was just like a drop of blood the yellow shiby stuff was still there and this time there was like a ball of white stuff. What could this be.?

Hi thanks for asking question.

Noted you have mucous mix bloody discharge.First rule out anal fissure for blood discharge.proctoscopic examination needed for it.

Get your stool examined.If showing pus cell then shigella, enteto invedive E.colitis could be cause.Antibiotic need for it like cefixime.

If shows egg of ameba then amebic dysentery might be cause.Metronidazole need for it.

I still cause not clear we have to go for USG and colonoscopy to do further work up.

Avoid strain while defecation.

Drink more water.

Excess spicy food not taken.

Take care.
