What Causes Yellow Discharges And Burning Sensations In The Penis?

i am suffering with yellowish discharge from the penis and three days back little burning sensation during urination and inside skin is swelling, one side of portion is reddish colour. Now i can not approch any doctor, because i am very far. Please suggest me any oint-ment, after one month i can goto doctor & take treatment. thank you, please give me any mobile number.

I understood your health concerns.
My Impression-
Based on facts of your query,You seems to suffer from-
Balanoposthitis with UTI.
Dear,Please follow as suggested-
Daily Clean the Foreskin and the Glans with Dilute Dettol Solution.
Take Antibiotic-Ciprofloxacin 500 mg x 2 times a day x 2 weeks
This would resolve the UTI and Balanoposthitis.

Plan for Circumcission soon to avoid recurrence.
Check for diabetes if its causing this problem.
Plenty of Fluids x 3-4 liters a day x 2 weeks.
Alkalization with Citralka Solution x 2 weeks may recoup the health fast.
Tab Zincovit 1/ day x 2 weeks
