What Causes Yellow Discoloration Of The Eye Post A Laser Surgery?

I am a 54 year old white female with diabetes II, cirhosis of the liver, high blood pressure, portal hypertension, adhd, hepatic encephalopathy and about 3 years ago, my retina in my right eye tore and I had lazer surgery done on it. It has been fine ever since. Today, I woke up with what looks like blood in that eye and some yellow discoloration. I can see fine but I am concerned about the eye. However, I am really low on funds right now and would rather not have to go to the retina specialist today. Please advise what I should do? I do not have any black dots or lines in my line of vision as I did before. No pain, maybe a little pressure. Thanks, Kim
