Ophthalmologist 's  Response
yellow cola ration of conjunctiva is only one symptom. what about pale colouration of stool, loss of appetite, nausea , vomiting, and progress ,in jaundice. what is the duration of your jaundice. whether it is hepatitis a or b. repeated investigation to watch the progress-of disease. needle biopsy of liver paranchyma can be done. drug toxicity, other worm infestation of liver like antomoeba or hydatid to be excluded. detail history and clinical examination like liver enlargement can help in diagnosis.

Ophthalmologist Dr. Pratik Gandhi's  Response
If its turned yellow recently ,then its pathological & you need to consult physician for altered bilirubin levels ...
But if your eyes are yellow since birth , then it comes.under congenital anomaly which is not to worry about thing & also which can't be treated...
So judge accordingly...
