What Causes Yellow/green Spot In The White Part Of The Eye?

I have a yellow/green spot in the white part of my eye and I think I have another one.a doctor said it s pigmentation but he doesn t explain what it is or doesn t care.I had it since I was little I think but I think my other eyes is getting one too. What is it?what caused it?why?

If the spot is since childhood and is stable then it is probably pigmentation....so no need to worry....also if the other eye you are spotting it then it might be deposition of lipid which occurs with increasing age....but if the spot is growing or causing any kind of problen then better to consult an ophthalmologist.
