What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge Along With Itching In A Woman?

hi im a female, 22, and im having some problems with vaginal discharge and itching. Most people would say a yeast infection but this is much different than any yeast infection ive ever had. im having thick yellow discharge...even during sex. im really worried. can you help me figure out what this may be please?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I believe that it is a yeast infection but to be sure you can do a vaginal smear. The treatment consist in antifungal creams such as Clotrimazole or Miconazole for 7 days. If it happens often you can use Fluconazole One.
