What Causes Yellow Vaginal Discharge?

I just got home and felt like i got wet so I automatically said it must be my period .. So when i looks it was .. And thats okay but when i went to the bathroom and looked at my underwear it had like a yellow pus mixed with the blood and when i wiped and smelled it it smelled just like pus .. Like the pus that you get when you get a huge bruise and its yellow .. Well thats type ..

It seems like you have got a bacterial infection. Overgrowth of bacteria causes Bacterial Vaginosis. Yellow dischrge and fishy foul smell. Itching & irritation of vagina and vulvar areas.
Also we see white discharge in Yeast infection.
Ask your gynaecologist to test for the organism by taking a swab test and your gynaecologist will prescribe you medicines according to test reports.
