What Causes Yellowish Vaginal Discharge With Bad Odor?

Hi there, I just had a Baby 3.5 months ago and I am getting excessive vaginal discharge. Its yellowish - greenish in color and very smelly....I need to wear a panty liner other wise I am always changing underwear. Is this an infection of some sort? Is it caused by having a baby?
