What Causes Yellowness In The Eyes With Acidity And Constipation?

i am 24 years old, male i weight 84 kgs and height is 6.2. my colour of eyes sometime became yellowish, followed with acidity and constipation. this is happens when i eat excessive food and more when i eat chicken & meat. also my urine is yellow after having food. but if i go to gym my urine is normal that is slight yellow. i dnt feel any weakness. no vomitting & fever. please let me know what is actually happening
