What Causing Large Round Mass In The Abdomen Which Moves On Pushing Along With Constipation?

I've been diagnosed with constipation and lately I've noticed this large round hard mass in my lower right abdomen that sticks out. It only hurts a bit if I push on it. It also sometimes switches to the lower left side of my abdomen. I can sometimes move it if I push it hard to the side. I can also just notice it when I lay down .. what could this be, im worried?

Hi. It is a wonder you have not yet visited a surgeon for this. This can be mas of clinical importance , so I would advise you to go for a clinical examination and minimum of a sonography and further tests as advised by your Doctor.
