What Cereal Is Good If You Have Diabetes ?

im eating alot of cheerios with skim milk but i was wondering if this is ok with someone with diabetes , or are there other cereals that are better. im not sure if cheerios has more carbs than others...

You need to have a balanced diet. Go by the glycemic index, if the carbohydrate content is more in any food then avoid it or have it in minimal amounts. Otherwise follow the normal guidelines of  Low Fat, Low Sugar, Low Salt, Plenty of Fruit and Vegetables, and Plenty of Complex Carbohydrates (wholemeal bread, potatoes, grains, beans, peas, and other starchy foods.
