What Could 330 Blood Sugar Level Suggest?

I have diabetes, and admit I haven't checked my blood sugar recntly for awhile because my meds were doin a jood job. However, the past couple days I've been thirsty, but didn't haven't access to my testing kit. I go home and checked it and it's 330 2 hours after a meal. IS this bad enough to go to the ER?

I have gone through your query regarding your elevated BSL .It is surely too high to be ignored . Consultation of a competent doctor will save you a lot of hassles in future .
Besides that I would like to suggest you that gulping on only meds will not help save you from diseases .For healthy body & mind it is essential to take care of your food habits & life style ,proper exercise and proper rest .
Include essential nutrients , regularly in all meals, more of fibers , proteins ,vitamins , minerals in natural form as fruit & green leafy veges also supplements full of antioxidants - ginger ,garlic , onion , Lemon juice with water twice before meals , Aloe vera juice 25 ml + 2 spoons Amla juice , Fenu greek powder a T spoon with water in the morning , & lot of water
Turmeric powder a level T spoon with cup of hot milk at bed time

Avoid fast foods , tea ,coffee, alcohol , colas , smoking, fine flour products
Avoid constipation as it is mother of all ills

Proper exercise , walk , yoga , pranayam all 45 mins or more will help detoxify your system by proper blood circulation and strengthen your immune system and give resistance from diseases . Meditation and sound sleep further help in achieving perfect health and pave way for happy healthy disease free life ,
