Hello Doctor My 5 1/2 yr old son fell and hit his forehead (just above bridge of his nose) on the edge of a cement step 2 weeks ago. We took him to the ER and they said he had no consussion or cause for worry and that he would be find with no lasting scar. However, now that the cuts and bruising have healed, there is still a hard pointy like bump visible on his forehead. Are you able to tell me if this will be permanent. I am feeling very worried about it. Thank you, Dorothy
