What Could A Hard Lump On Buttock Along With Skin Problems Indicate?

Hi.....I've had this very hard lump on the inside of my left but cheek, on the inside.....I have taken baths, put warm compresses and its still there....about the week now...I also am breaking out and getting pimples on my face,,nose and the skin on my nose is peeling...any idea what this is.....

HI.
The swelling on the buttock looks to be due to an impending abscess - a boil.
If you are developing lots of skin problems as you have mentioned , it is possible that the integrity of your skin has been reduced .
Appropriate doses of Vit A, calcirol and multiviatmins help a lot.
You may need antibiotics if there are signs like redness ans pain and increase in swelling on the buttock.
If you have any gastrointestinal problems you have to complete the courses as per advise of your Doctor.
This will solve your problem permanently .
