r/sir. i m42, m paramedic. recently started suffering with left renal calculi of 11 mm. on the day i had an ivp, its not visualized. two weeks later again started pain and a usg shows moderate hydro nephro ureterosis with a mildly enlarged prostate of 33 cc volume. recent usg shows only grade 3 hydronephro ureterosis & mild prostetomegaly. now severely suffering with frequent micturation . kindly advice
