What Could A Red Lump On Groin Area?

hi I have a small red lump/bump/something just next to the groin area on the inside of my left upper leg! it does not irretate me but tender when I touch it! it's red as if somethings rubbed against it but I think that's were my swim short netting as rubbed against it! Please help me by telling me what it is!?

Hi,
It seems that you might be having enlarged tender inguinal lymph nodes.
This can be due to some skin or soft tissue infection in surrounding area like fungal infection, shave bumps,dermatitis locally etc.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
