What Could A Sensation Of Cold Water Trickling In Leg Be With History Of Damaged Nerves In Legs?

I have damaged nerves in both legs from a back injury and my legs frequently go numb and tingle but now I am getting a sensation of cold water trickling down my leg. When I touch it, my leg is dry. Could this have something to do with the damaged neves or something else? Thx
