What Could A Sense Of Lack Of Energy And Concentration?

Hi there,

I was wondering about the following:
I am a 20 yr old female student, for the past 3 or so months I've noticed the lack of energy I've been having despite having 7-8hrs of sleep a day, eating decently, getting some exercise here and there, with minimum to moderate amounts of stress. I find that concentration is difficult, mostly at school, I've been feeling depressed and moody also. Would you happen to know why things are this way?

2. To prevent depression behavioral therapy or medications belongs to the class of antidepressants are used which include
a) Selective Serotonin Reuptake Inhibitors-SSRI
b) Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors- SNRI
c) Tricyclic antidepressants- TA
d) Monoamine oxidase -MAO are used
