I was wondering about the following:
I am a 20 yr old female student, for the past 3 or so months I've noticed the lack of energy I've been having despite having 7-8hrs of sleep a day, eating decently, getting some exercise here and there, with minimum to moderate amounts of stress. I find that concentration is difficult, mostly at school, I've been feeling depressed and moody also. Would you happen to know why things are this way?
