What Could A Sharp Shooting Pain In Chest Radiating To Throat Indicate?

I've just experienced sudden pain/pressure in my chest that lasted about 5 minutes. It was located on the upper right side of my sternum and radiated some into my throat. Standing seemed to help a little. The sudden pain has subsided but I still feel a small amount of pressure. I am a 51 yr old female.

Here are few possibilities.
1.First you might have simple musculoskeletal pain that might be because of improper sleep posture or strain by heavy weight lifting or any unaccustomed situation.simple analgesic taken for it.
2.If you have fever , cough , headache in association then it could be because of bronchitis or pneumonitis like infection.
Chest x ray and complete blood examination useful for it.
3.This pain be because of rib inflammation like costocondritis or myositis like condition.hot compress and analgesic helpful.
4.Finally although possibility less to rule out heart problems electrocardiogram done.
