What Could A Swollen Scab On Buttocks, With Puss / Blood Secretion, Indicate?

I have a swollen area on my left bum cheek, it startedas a small spot and when it was squeezed just clear liquid came out. It is now a weeping scab with blood and pus coming out of it and a large area around the wound is swollen and very to tender to touch. What could this be?
