What Could Anteverted Uterus With Simple Cyst Suggest?

The right ovary measured 3cm,volume 7cc. The left measured 4.2cm, volume25cc and contained a 3.6cm diameter simple cyst with no adnexal masses or free fluid. My uterus is anteverted and measured 8x3.4x5cm. I m also experiencing infertility problems. I m 35 years of age, 140 pd and 5 5. Please advised

Understand your concern
Anteverted uterus is normal axis and position of uterus.
But you should concern about the ovarian cyst.
First you have to undergo the reproductive hormone analysis to differentiated between simple simple cyst and polycystic ovarian disease.
Ovarian cyst size more than 4 cm (left ovary)should be best treated by laproscopic surgery.
And Right ovary cyst also near to 4 cm.
Medical treatment like birth control pill should be taken to resolve the cyst.
So report you problem to gynecologist and get proper treatment.
