What Could Be 10 Black Circles Revealed By USG In A Woman Whose Tubes Are Tied And Had An Ablation?

I went for a ultrasound today and the tech found 10 black circles. One of them was big. I have had my tube ties for 9 years. I had a ablation done about 1 1/2 ago due to heavy heavy bleeding. I haven't had my period in 10 months if not longer. I am worried about the black circles?

Thanks for the query. Unfortunately it is almost impossible to comment on the circles as you have not mentioned where the circles are what are the sizes and if there are any other features.

Please do not worry about what the technician thinks as they may simple be artefacts [abnormalities not due to disease but due to procedure performing conditions or patients position or any other technical issue]. Wait for the final report by your radiologist. It is very unusual to have 10 black circles. either they must be very small [ovarian cysts or most likely aretefacts].
