Hello, Thank you for posting on HCM. The condition you described is irritant contact dermatitis from use of Supatret-C gel. Tretinoin, which is the key ingredient of the formulation has liability to cause irritation. Avoid using all anti-acne creams, cosmetics, and soap on face. Apply cream containing desonide gently over rashes twice a day followed by ample amount of good moisturiser like Cetaphil DAM. Use only plain water to rinse the face and pat dry gently with a towel. Apply water based sunscreen like Suncote gel before stepping out in sun. You can take antihistamincis if the rash is causing itchiness or discomfort. Continue this for atleast week and restart your Supatret-C gel, with just pea-size amount over face on alternate nights and rinse it off after 30 mintues. Apply moisturiser and go to bed. Hope this will take care of your problem. Thank you Dr Hardik Pitroda
