What Could Be Cause Of No Period When Not Pregnant?

Hi doc, please i need urgent reply.i made love with my husband in the second week after my menstral cycle after four had some brown blood on my tissue wen i wipe.it stopped the next day.for the past 9months my cycle has been 32 days right now my period is late until today js seeing some spot of blood and it s only wen i wipe.am worried cos if am not pregnant where is my period so dat we can try again.thanks for your time

Dear member,
Thanks for writing to healthcare magic.
please do a pregnancy test. If negative then repeat after a week.
If still negative then you can take tab sysron -n one tab twice a day for 5 days.
After that you Will get your period.
